Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks including carpentry, painting, and general cleanup.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools safely.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, and debris removal.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
