Job Overview
We are looking for hardworking candidates who are ready to learn and eager to contribute to high-quality construction projects across the region.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks such as carpentry, painting, and electrical work.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards (5S standards).
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Transport materials to and from the job site using dollies, forklifts, or hand trucks.
- Assist in digging, leveling, and preparing sites for foundation work.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train!
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
