Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, grading, and leveling.
- Load, unload, and accurately measure construction materials and equipment.
- Operate basic construction tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites to ensure safety and organization.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Transport materials between storage areas and work zones efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow verbal and written instructions.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
