Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and demolition under the supervision of foremen.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic hand and power tools to help complete projects efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
