Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with layout, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain job site cleanliness and organize construction materials
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Load/unift equipment and materials efficiently
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints
Qualifications
