Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks such as loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site activities, including excavation, carpentry, and masonry support.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris, organizing tools, and ensuring the area is hazard-free.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly to ensure a secure working environment for the team.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and施工现场指示.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions, including heat and cold.
- Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and estimating material requirements.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not required).
- Experience in construction or landscaping is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Reliable transportation to the job site is mandatory.
