Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, hauling, and site preparation.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from project supervisors and foremen.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team structure.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor.
