Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, digging, and leveling ground.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Perform general cleanup of work areas and job sites after shifts.
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks such as carrying lumber, mixing concrete, or holding materials.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (rain, heat, cold).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
