Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks, including digging, cleaning, and setting up equipment.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards or debris.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in rough carpentry, painting, or general cleanup.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines strictly.
- Basic physical strength, stamina, and manual dexterity are required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
