Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and cleaning job sites.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily operations.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Transport materials and tools to and from the job site.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Demolish structures and prepare sites for new construction.
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
