Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and compressors.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily operations on the job site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Read and interpret blueprints and safety guidelines.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks.
Qualifications
- No experience required. We provide full training for motivated individuals.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
