Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site using hand trucks, forklifts, or manual labor.
- General Labor: Perform a variety of manual tasks including cleaning work areas, operating basic machinery, and assisting skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, etc.).
- Measurement & Layout: Help measure and mark areas for cutting and assembly, ensuring accuracy according to blueprints and site plans.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Inventory Management: Help keep the job site organized and ensure that tools and materials are accounted for at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero prior experience; full training is provided on-site.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work well within a team structure.
- Attention to Detail: Must be able to follow instructions carefully and pay attention to safety details.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and fellow workers.
- Valid ID: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
