Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and equipment for use.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks on the job site.
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Transport debris and waste from the work site to designated disposal areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including heavy lifting.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to work in various weather conditions.
