Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors
- Report safety hazards immediately to management
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn
