Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from trucks or delivery vehicles.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Perform manual labor duties such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Physically fit and capable of performing strenuous outdoor activities.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from site supervisors.
