Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing, digging, and leveling.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Perform daily cleanup of the job site to maintain safety standards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols.
- Transport supplies between storage areas and work zones.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for long shifts.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid government-issued ID or driver's license.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
