Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction duties.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Clean and prepare construction sites before and after work.
- Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
- Demolition and site preparation as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must provide own basic hand tools.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
