Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety compliance
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts (with proper certification)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, mixing, and application processes
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications accurately

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
