Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall hanging, and painting.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site by removing debris and adhering to safety protocols.
- Measure and cut materials accurately as directed by supervisors.
- Perform basic site preparation, excavation, and cleanup duties.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long durations.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented attitude.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimation.
