Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts, skid steers, and backhoes, or perform manual tasks using hand and power tools.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist in the construction, remodeling, and repair of structures, including framing, drywall, and painting support.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Prepare job sites by digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and bending, for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures and regulations.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety guidelines strictly.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Experience in general construction or landscaping is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
