Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools correctly.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform manual labor including hauling, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long hours.
- Basic knowledge of construction site safety is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the job site in San Diego.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a team.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
