Responsibilities
- Assist in various phases of construction projects, including framing, drywall, concrete, and general site preparation.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools under supervision to ensure efficient workflow.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials to designated work areas while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times, complying with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations to support the project team.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not always required for this entry-level role.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting up to 50+ lbs and standing on uneven terrain.
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read basic blueprints or diagrams.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adhere to strict safety guidelines.
