Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment (hand saws, drills, etc.) under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by cleaning up debris and ensuring the area is hazard-free.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site instructions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
