Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and clean construction sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Mix concrete, mortar, or other materials as directed.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks using forklifts or hand trucks.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project layouts.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for 8+ hours a day in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
