Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and moving heavy materials on job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily operations and installations.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site at all times.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and distribute them to work areas.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) is preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
