Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision (training provided).
- General Labor: Perform a variety of manual tasks including mixing concrete, sweeping, and cleaning work areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Team Support: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero prior construction experience; we provide the training.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to showing up on time every day.
- Communication: Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required.
