Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and marking hazards
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, unloading, and equipment operation
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols to maintain project efficiency
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and operating hand/power tools
- Contribute to site cleanup and waste management according to OSHA standards
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with supervisors for resolution
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
