Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Load/un construction materials safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support skilled trades as needed (framing, concrete, etc.)
- Complete daily cleanup tasks
Qualifications
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- No prior experience required - training provided!
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
