Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Unload, organize, and stock construction materials at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and project blueprints.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow crew members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
