Responsibilities
- Assist in the construction, remodeling, and repair of residential and commercial buildings.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the job site.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and clean construction sites, including removing debris and setting up temporary structures.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Perform basic site measurements and assist in blueprint interpretation under supervision.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
