Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate heavy machinery and tools (forklifts, skid steers, and power tools) as required.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with installation and assembly tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Unload and organize building materials from delivery trucks.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and work orders.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- Experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not always required for eager learners.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
