Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, digging, and excavation.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks.
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Support carpenters, electricians, and other trades as needed.
- Transport tools and materials between job sites.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measurements.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
