Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring work areas are safe and organized.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from the job site.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and tidy job site, adhering to all OSHA safety standards and company regulations.
- Support: Provide general labor support to carpenters, electricians, and other construction crews as needed.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work a full-time schedule.
- Attitude: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience: No prior construction experience required. (Training provided)
