Responsibilities

- Operate hand and power tools safely and maintain a clean work area.
- Perform general site preparation, including digging, shoveling, and debris removal.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Support project timelines by working diligently and collaboratively with the team.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
