Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians, with daily construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and stack building materials at the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Prepare sites by digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform site cleanup and maintain a tidy work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus.
