Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and trenching
- Handle material handling with precision using forklifts, skid steers, and manual techniques
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment under supervision
- Install temporary structures, scaffolding, and safety barriers per OSHA standards
- Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, and curing
- Conduct daily site cleanup and debris management protocols
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and report hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or equivalent training
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for material calculations and measurements
- Strong teamwork ethic and clear communication abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
