Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and carrying materials to and from the job site.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under the supervision of a foreman.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Excavate, dig, and prepare sites for construction projects.
- Spread and level concrete or asphalt as required.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment and tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in construction labor, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime when necessary.
