Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials, tools, and equipment for use.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and concrete finishing.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting heavy objects, and carrying materials.
- Ensure job sites are organized and ready for the upcoming work week.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous construction labor experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push heavy loads (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
