Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation including excavation, debris removal, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with carpentry, concrete work, and framing
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment in optimal condition
- Complete daily cleanup of work zones
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to submit to background/drug screening
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Team-oriented communication skills
