Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily operations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the project supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform digging, trenching, and general site preparation duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction labor experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and maintain a consistent schedule.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team setting.
