Responsibilities
- Perform general site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks and operations.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols strictly.
- Report any safety hazards, equipment issues, or damages immediately.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) is preferred but not required.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
