Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning, digging, and clearing debris.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from the site.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, with various tasks as needed.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets project specifications and safety standards.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero prior construction experience; training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy physical labor, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
