Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor duties including digging, shoveling, and lifting heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various on-site tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Signal operators of heavy machinery to ensure safe operation.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and early morning shifts.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards and site cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to the Oklahoma City location.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
