Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including digging, grading, and leveling.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Perform daily cleanup and maintenance of the construction site.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to read and understand basic safety instructions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
