Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily site tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools (Jackhammers, generators) following safety protocols.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, excavating, and leveling ground.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with blueprint interpretation.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
