Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete work, and finishingMaintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance
- Participate in toolbox meetings and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Basic hand/power tool experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification (we provide training)
