Responsibilities
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and construction machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradesmen, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of work areas to ensure OSHA compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols and project instructions precisely.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work weekends and occasional overtime.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
