Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand tools and light machinery (saws, drills, compactors) safely
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Load/unuck equipment and materials at job sites
- Perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Minneapolis
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) 6am-4pm
- No experience necessary—training provided
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
