Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform light equipment operation (bobcats, forklifts) with certification
- Complete daily cleanup and debris removal operations
- Document work progress and report site issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (will train)
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Pennsylvania
