Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols on commercial/residential sites
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery with proper training
- Maintain organized job sites and report hazards immediately
- Adhere to OSHA and California construction safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Minimum 1 year construction experience or trade school graduate
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
